                           make your teams evergreen

    Become Evergreen

At Evergreen Experience, we specialize in workforce and personal sustainability. By addressing missed leadership training needs, we foster creativity, enhance critical thinking, and build strong, outcomes-driven individuals that last. Our unique blend of in-person and online training ensures you are equipped to handle the challenges of today’s business environment.

Using a comprehensive approach, including 1:1 coaching partnerships and candid assessment, individuals and organizations will discover how to end "flavor of the month" barriers and develop evergreen foundational (and forgotten) skills at the root of success.

Any of these sound familiar?

Employees are complaining about a lack of communication, but I'm telling them things all the time.

I don't even know where to start on dealing with this issue.

Creativity can't be taught, it's something some people have and others don't.

We've tried this before and it didn't stick. We've always done it this way.

We need something fresh to re-engage our workforce/customers.

If you told your boss what your #1 priority is currently, you aren't confident they would agree.

The senior team has no idea what we do at my level, and I don't even know what we are working toward anymore.

There is one main reason why this keeps happening:

you aren't training in the right skills.

(Hint: the solution isn't "better communication"!)

Key Services

Leadership Development Sessions: Interactive, hands-on sessions that empower your leaders to drive success

Team-Building Workshops: Engaging activities designed to strengthen collaboration and communication

Online Support Resources: Comprehensive digital tools to support ongoing learning and development

Patient & Staff Experience Consulting:  Expert guidance to improve the overall experience within your organization.

Individual Coaching: A partnership to focus on you as an individual and where you want to go

Most of the big-name trainings are canned, out-of-the-box programs that generalize "required" leader skills across thousands of businesses.

Guess what - those businesses aren't yours, and neither are the leaders!

A best practice for one place may not be what is best for your teams, your community, or your customers.

Through our unique partnership, we determine what your actual needs are on a global and individual scale, then build an evergreen training program to address those needs.

All partnerships include progress in the four most underdeveloped yet crucial skills:
